This is an awesome, summertime salad to bring to those fun BBQs on the deck!
1 ½ cups kidney beans
1 ½ cups pinto beans
1 ½ cups black eyed peas
1 ½ cup lima or shelled soybeans (edamame)
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 red bell pepper, diced
½ medium red onion, diced
½ cup low or fat free italian dressing
dash salt, dash ground pepper
Mix all
