Healthier Chocolate Mousse Pie

A more healthful version of high fat Chocolate Mousse Pie

* 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
* ½ nonfat milk or soy- melt together with chips and keep stirring until well mixed
* 1 package silken tofu
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1 ½ tsp of agave nectar or honey- put tofu, vanilla and sweetener in blender, mix and than add the chocolate mix.
* 1 ready made graham cracker pie crust (optional) – if using pour ingredients into and chill or 2 hours in fridge, or 30 min. in freezer
Top with sliced strawberries and garnish with mint sprigs

Fun Fact: chocolate contains important antioxidants that help in cancer prevention. Coca also has nearly twice the antioxidants of red wine and 3 times the amount found in green tea!
