No Bake Trail Mix Cookies

  • 3/4 cup almonds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch sea salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 2 Tablespoons raisins
  • 2 Tablespoons sunflower seed
just like with the no bake cookies, you have to wet hands with water or use a little coconut oil, work ingrediets together, smashing in the dates to make everything stick together. form into balls and smash down. ready to eat!
