1/2 cup bran flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
2 bananas mashed
3/4 cup soy milk
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup molasses
2 tsp applecider vinegar
1 cup chopped nuts
preheat over to 350. mix all and pout into muffin pan. bake about 30 minutes.
