1 1/4 cup oat or whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup milk alternative
1 mashed banana
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tblsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
combine dry ingredients, combine the rest and than stir together. heat skillet, pour into pan and flip when the top bubbles and the edges are dry.
