2 cup pumpkin
2 eggwhites
¾ cup brown sugar or ½ the sugar and add stevia
¾ tsp salt
2 t. cinnamon, 1 ts ginger, ½ tsp cloves
1 ½ cup soy
mix together and add just a little wheat flour to make it a little less runny
Bake with a crust for 425 for 15 min.
If you want my dads “secret” nonfat piecrust let me know, I don’t have an official recipe for it, because it is still in the “modification/trial” stages, but if your not afraid to experiment a little I can send it to you!
