wholegrain tortilla wraps

Large Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain tortillas
Dijon mustard
steamed kale
garlic granules
diced fresh tomatoes
grated carrot
minced fresh onion
thin slices of avocado
Directions:
Lay tortillas out flat and spread with a thin layer of mustard.
Then layer with steamed kale and sprinkle lightly with garlic granules.
Top with tomatoes, carrot, onion, and avocado. Roll up tightly.
Eat like a burrito or cut in slices and serve as an appetizer.
Hold the slices together with toothpicks
