Curried Pumpkin Soup

1 can (15 0z.) unsweetened pumpkin
1 apple, peeled and diced
1 C apple juice
1/2 c vegetable stock
1 c water
1/2 medium
onion diced
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp thyme
2 T honey
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp parsley

Place all ingredients except parsley in blender ...blend thoroughly. Pour into saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour into bowls, garnish with parsley and serve......... ( Turmeric, the main ingredient in curry can inhibit the growth of stomach and breast tumors. 1/2 cup of pumpkin daily may lower the risk of lung cancer by half.)
