kale and sweet pototato soup

1 onion chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
1 minced jalapeno
1 bunch of kale, rinsed and hard stems removed, chopped
3 sweet potatos, peeled and cubed
1 qt water, or veggie broth
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
serve over 1 cup brown rice
bring all (except kale&coconut milk) to a boil and cook until potoatos are soft, add coconutmilk cook for about 5 minutes and than put in kale last minute. serve over rice.
