1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
2 cups soymilk
2 cups ice
1-2 tblsp maple syrup (to taste)
1 tblsp vanilla extract
1 tblsp pumpkin pie spice (or make your own adding allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg)
combine all in blender and blend for 1-2 min.
