EggLess egg salad

1# organic tofu, wash and dry thoroughly
1 tsp. sea salt
1/3 cup nayonaisse
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. turmeric
1 red pepper – chop fine
1 rib of celery – chop fine
3 green onions – chop fine

Mix all ingredients together and serve on a piece of toasted sprouted bread or in a pita pocket along with sprouts or romaine lettuce.
