this authentic recipe came straight from a family in Bali, you can put over fish, use as a dressing, or marinade, its amazing and has a little kick!
4 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 or 3 chili peppers (asian peppers seem to work the best)
1 large shallot
chop peppers and shallots and mix everything together, and voila!
