Healthy Spinach Dip

another great party dip. serve with raw vegetables crackers or bread
1 1/2 cup canned cannellini beans
1/4 cup water
1 package (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 tblsp squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove chopped garlic
1/4 cup salsa

mash beans and water together by hand or in food processor. stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hr before serving
